Back to Home Page                         Attorney Fee/Filing Fee

Your total out-of-pocket expenses include two parts: attorney fees and government filing fees. Attorney fees are the fees that we charge for providing professional legal services. Government filing fees are the fees that the government charges for processing your case.

In many cases, we do not collect our attorney fees all at once. Instead, attorney fees are collected in two or more installments. Government filing fees need to be paid when we initially file your case.

The following is the list of our attorney fees and the associated government filing fees. Government filing fees are subject to change without notice.
